it had satisfactory breakfast and efficient service. easy location to a 53 m tower. the beds were small here, though it was a very lovely stay all in all.

Reception staff friendly but very informal, and lacking in local information Lots of parking spaces. Fitness area good. Good location. Nice size bathroom. Plenty of hot water.
No convenient lift. Paying on arrival slightly unusual. Staff in restaurant and bar mostly couldn't be bothered and were rude at times.. Food in restaurant expensive for what you got.Carvery - meat ok all the rest very poor. Desserts overpriced and poor - ran out of custard!. Bed uncomfortable. Double bed very small. Decor could do with updating.
